Launch MacUncle Gmail Backup Tool on the system.
Enter Gmail Account Credentials: Enter your Gmail address and App Password. If you don't have an App Password, create one here to access your emails.
Select a file format or any option as per the requirement: PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHT, CSV, PDF, Exchange Server, etc.
Use filter options to back up only the required emails from your Gmail account.
Click the Start Backup button to back up your Gmail emails to your system.
