If you buy our software online through our official site, you're our client.



ACTIVATION AND DOWNLOAD

After buying our software, you'll get an email with a link to download and activate it.



HOW OUR SOFTWARE WORKS

Our software is good at recovering data, but it's not magic. Sometimes, it can't recover everything, especially if your computer's storage is full or the data is severely damaged. You can try our free demo to see what's recoverable.



WE STRICTLY RECOMMEND TRYING THE DEMO VERSION FIRST

We strongly suggest trying our demo before buying to make sure it works for you.



REFUND RULES

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying our software if:

  1. You bought it from us or one of our trusted partners.
  2. It's not your fault, like if you didn't get our email, your computer's slow, or you bought it by accident.
  3. Our software didn't do what we promised in the demo.
  4. Our support team can't help you with a problem.
  5. You tell us in writing that you've removed our software from all your computers.

Once we get your "I've removed your software" message, we'll refund you within 15 days. If it takes longer, we'll let you know.



NO REFUND IF

We can't refund you if:

  • You didn't try our free demo before buying.
  • No software on the market can do the job.
  • At least 30% of the recovery process worked.
  • You bought our Securase software for Lotus Notes, and it didn't work as expected. We warned you about this on our website.
  • We want you to be happy with our software. If you run into problems, just contact our support team, and we'll do our best to help you out. Your satisfaction is important to us.
